The role

The Parts Pricing Analyst supports the development, implementation, and ongoing management of pricing strategies for spare parts and accessories across the company. The role is responsible for analyzing pricing performance, market trends, competitor pricing, elasticity and profitability to support data-driven pricing decisions. Through advanced analytical techniques and business insights, the Parts Pricing Analyst identifies opportunities to optimize pricing structures, improve margins, and enhance market competitiveness while supporting overall business objectives. The position works closely with Parts & Logistics and Accessories teams to evaluate pricing performance, monitor market developments, and support pricing initiatives. The role relies heavily on advanced Excel skills, including building pricing models, running scenario simulations, analyzing elasticity and developing business cases.

This is what you will do:

Pricing & Analytical Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate pricing performance, profitability, and market competitiveness.

• Experience applying analytical methodologies such as trend analysis, benchmarking, profitability analysis, and scenario modeling.

• Strong understanding of pricing principles, margin management, and commercial decision-making.

• Ability to transform complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Excel expertise is essential, including complex formulas and functions, pivot tables, Power Query, scenario and sensitivity analysis, large dataset analysis and validation, financial and pricing modeling.

• Experience building pricing models, simulations, and business cases in Excel.

• Proven hands-on ability to build Power BI reports and dashboards from scratch, including data modeling and end-to-end report delivery in a business environment.

• Basic understanding of SQL and/or Python is a plus.

Industry & Business Knowledge:

• Experience in pricing, commercial analysis, finance, business analytics, or revenue management.

• Understanding parts pricing structures, dealer networks, warranty processes, and after-sales operations is an advantage.

• Familiarity with competitor benchmarking and market intelligence methodologies is preferred.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

• Ability to communicate analytical findings and pricing recommendations to business stakeholders.

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, revenue management or a similar role, ideally including ownership of pricing decisions or models.

• Experience in the automotive aftermarket, spare parts business or an OEM environment is a strong advantage.
