Inspired by the monumental church which we call home, our menu features local, seasonal ingredients prepared traditionally: smoked, cured, pickled, marinated and stewed. About You A bartender can be the best friend you need and you? You’re a friend indeed. Aside from the fact that you can whip a drink together better and faster than anyone you know, you simply can’t get enough of others and you regularly make quick friends with whoever’s at the bar. You’ve got a good memory, so you can easily remember all of our cocktail recipes and wines, and give the best recommendations based on a quick chat. Chaos is not the norm, but you don’t mind a bit of it – you’re at your best when the restaurant is full and loads of drinks are being ordered. You’re a master at multitasking – you have no problem getting things done, and quickly. Mistakes happen, and you might break a glass or two, but you’re always ready to clean up a mess and keep moving. Most importantly, you know how to leave an impression – and a good one, at that. Core Responsibilities

Prepare drinks quickly and accurately, including cocktails, and serve guests in a busy restaurant and bar. Build rapport with guests, recommend cocktails and wines based on their preferences, and clean up spills or breakages while keeping service moving.
