We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to support both the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant and lead our team of housekeeping professionals. As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Responsibilities Are Managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff Ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality control Communicating with other departments to ensure guest needs are met in a timely and efficient manner Maintaining inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment Managing the department budget and ensuring that expenses are kept within budget Ensuring compliance with hotel and industry standards for health, safety, and hygiene This position is either a day shift (from 07:00 to 15:00) or an evening shift (from 15:00 to 23:00). Requirements Are Previous experience in a similar position Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiar with hospitality segment (preferably 5 star hotels) You speak English at a fluent level, further languages are a plus Strong eye for detail, organizational skills and trustworthy Why would you choose for The Grand? Core Responsibilities

Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff, while ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Conduct inspections, coordinate with other departments, manage supplies and budgets, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with the hospitality sector, preferably in five-star hotels. Fluent English, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and trustworthiness are required; additional languages are an advantage.
