Our assembly operation in Wehl is growing. As we expand our product offering and continue raising the level of service we provide to customers, we are strengthening our team with new colleagues. You will join a dynamic manufacturing environment where safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are central to how we work. As an Assembler, you will perform both subassembly and final assembly of our Assemble to Order (ATO) conveyor systems. You will follow established procedures, install pneumatic systems, and use hand tools and assembly equipment to ensure that every system is built safely, accurately, and on schedule. Location: Wehl, the Netherlands Working hours: Monday through Friday, 8.00 - 16.30. What you’ll do Assemble standard conveyor systems according to established procedures, ensuring that each system meets the required specifications. Install pneumatic systems that support the reliable operation of our conveyor solutions. Complete subassembly and final assembly work for our ATO lines. Use hand tools and assembly and fabrication equipment safely and effectively to deliver high-quality work. Follow safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe workplace for yourself and your colleagues. Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process to prevent errors and ensure consistent product quality. Keep your work area clean and organized, helping the team work safely and efficiently. Work closely with your team to meet production targets and deadlines. What you bring Minimaal een mbo 2-diploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting. Minimaal twee jaar ervaring in assemblage. Je kunt werken met handgereedschap en 3D-tekeningen op een computer. Je kunt gedurende de werkdag staan en tot 23 kg tillen. Je bent praktisch ingesteld, flexibel en werkt graag samen. Core Responsibilities

Assemble standard ATO conveyor systems through subassembly and final assembly, install pneumatic systems, and use hand tools and assembly equipment to meet specifications and production deadlines. Follow safety and quality procedures, maintain an organized work area, and collaborate with the team to deliver reliable products.

Requirements

Requires at least an MBO level 2 diploma, preferably in a technical field, and at least two years of assembly experience. Candidates should be able to use hand tools and interpret 3D drawings on a computer, stand throughout the workday, lift up to 23 kg, and work flexibly and collaboratively.
