Vacatureomschrijving We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer who can bridge business and technology, leading discovery, process design, configuration, extension, integration, testing, deployment, and user adoption across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. This is a hands-on consulting role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, solution design expertise, and the ability to deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations while applying Microsoft best practices and supporting delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into process models, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs. Design, configure, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, and Project Operations Core. Build and maintain Dataverse data models, Model-Driven Apps, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows, and automated workflows. Design and implement security roles, integrations, data migrations, application lifecycle management (ALM), and CI/CD processes. Lead testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment readiness, training, go-live support, hypercare, and solution documentation. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, integration teams, and third-party vendors. Apply governance standards and Microsoft best practices throughout the solution lifecycle. Mentor and support delivery team members. Functie-eisen 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, and Project Operations Core. Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field. Professional proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken. Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Experience building Model-Driven Apps, custom tables, forms, views, dashboards, and custom pages. Knowledge of business process flows, business rules, approvals, notifications, and exception handling. Experience with Field Service work orders, scheduling, agreements, customer assets, inspections, inventory, and mobile applications. Hands-on development experience with JavaScript, C#/.NET plug-ins, custom APIs, Dataverse Web API, and REST integrations. Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and dataflows. Strong understanding of security roles, teams, business units, field security, and least-privilege access principles. Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, deployment pipelines, ALM, and CI/CD practices. Proven skills in requirements analysis, solution design, Agile delivery, testing, training, and stakeholder management. Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are considered an asset. Requirements

Requires at least five years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience across Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, and Project Operations Core, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent and professional proficiency in English and Dutch. Candidates should have strong Dataverse and Power Platform expertise, hands-on development and integration experience, knowledge of Azure and ALM/CI/CD, and proven skills in solution design, Agile delivery, testing, training, and stakeholder management.
