Productie Manager Extrusie & Compounding Ben jij een ervaren productiemanager met een achtergrond in de kunststofverwerking, compounding, extrusie of masterbatchproductie? Bij Tosaf Benelux zijn we op zoek naar een hands-on leider die operationele excellentie stimuleert, onze productieteams ontwikkelt en de productieprestaties optimaliseert in een dynamische productieomgeving. At Tosaf Benelux, we are looking for a hands-on leader to drive operational excellence, develop our production teams, and optimize manufacturing performance in a dynamic production environment. Your responsibilities Lead and develop production teams and supervisors Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production operations Drive KPI performance (OEE, productivity, waste reduction, quality, and delivery reliability) Optimize extrusion and compounding processes Lead continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D What you bring Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing Strong experience in plastics processing, extrusion, compounding, or masterbatch production Proven track record in driving operational improvements Strong people management and communication skills Fluent in Dutch an English What we offer · A key leadership role with real impact · International and innovative manufacturing environment · Competitive salary and benefits package · Opportunities for professional growth and development

Core Responsibilities

Lead and develop production teams and supervisors while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations. Improve KPI performance and optimize extrusion and compounding processes through continuous improvement and collaboration with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, along with at least five years of manufacturing leadership experience. Candidates should have substantial experience in plastics processing, extrusion, compounding, or masterbatch production, a record of operational improvements, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.
