Identify material deviations, emerging risks and opportunities for corrective action. 4. Asset valuation and shareholder governance Establish consistent asset valuation methodologies and maintain relevant investment models across the portfolio. Evaluate the financial implications of capital expenditure, financing structures, dividends and changes in ownership. Support HGT-appointed board representatives with independent analysis of investment proposals, business plans and reserved matters. Monitor the performance and economic exposure of minority investments and joint ventures. Assess material concession obligations, renewal requirements and regulatory risks affecting asset value and investment returns. 5.
