Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist About the Role: Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a reliable part-time role? Purovitalis is seeking a Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Haarlem! You will play a vital role in keeping our day-to-day logistics seamless, ensuring high-quality order delivery, precise stock management, and an organized warehouse environment. What You’ll Do: * Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders using Odoo ERP and manage UPS carrier pick-ups. * Inventory Control: Conduct regular lot/SKU cycle counts, ensure FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) standards, and keep real-time inventory synced in Odoo. * Inbound & Receiving: Inspect, record, and safely store incoming shipments using an electric pump truck/pallet stacker (up to 2 levels high). * Facility Standards: Maintain a clean, dust-free, and safe warehouse aligned with health and dietary supplement storage guidelines. What We’re Looking For: * Detail-Oriented & Accurate: Strong precision with SKUs, lot/batch numbers, and documentation. * Tech-Savvy: Experience with or eagerness to quickly learn Odoo ERP software. * Physical Capability: Ability to lift packages up to ~20 kg and handle standard warehouse operations. * Schedule: Available for 16 hours/week (Mon: 4 hrs | Tue–Fri: 3 hrs/day). * Attributes: Proactive, punctual, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently. Core Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using Odoo ERP, coordinate UPS pickups, and maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and FEFO practices. Receive, inspect, record, and store incoming shipments, while keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements

Candidates should be detail-oriented, accurate with SKUs, lot numbers, and documentation, and able to learn or use Odoo ERP. They must be able to lift packages up to approximately 20 kg, perform standard warehouse tasks, work independently, and be available for the stated part-time schedule.
