Introduction We are seeking a dynamic Floor/Assistant store Manager who is ready for the first steps as a Store Manager to help grow our new Bellerose corner in De Bijenkorf Amsterdam. Responsibilities As Store Manager you are part of the retail team and report to the Retail Manager. You are a true ambassador of our brand and you ensure that our store is both operationally well run and well managed. 1. Management You evaluate and motivate your sales team in line with the company's vision. 2. Company strategy You provide premium customer service and ensure lasting customer loyalty. You ensure increasing sales figures. You ensure correct compliance with visual merchandising. 3. Administrative and financial management You are responsible for the inventories. You ensure optimal management of the collections, deliveries and stock management. You manage all the administration related to your team In short, you are responsible for the turnover and growth of your store. Core Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team while delivering premium customer service, building customer loyalty, increasing sales, and ensuring visual merchandising standards. Manage store operations, inventories, collections, deliveries, stock, team administration, and the store’s turnover and growth.

Requirements

Candidates should be passionate about Bellerose and its values, customer-focused, and experienced in pursuing and improving retail KPIs and targets. They should understand fashion store operations and have strong leadership, social, and organizational skills.
