With an expanding portfolio of branded products, we are seeking a Financial Controller to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis • Track and analyse actual spend versus the business plan, providing insights to support decision-making. • Support the preparation of latest estimates, working plans, and expense tracking to ensure financial alignment with business goals. Reporting & Tracking • Maintain and update tracking files for expenses, ensuring accurate reporting to key stakeholders. • Oversee internal sales reporting and analysis for our key products. • Calculate and report sales incentives for internal teams. Expense Management • Ensure accurate reporting, planning, and analysis of expenses, collaborating with business units to improve financial outcomes. • Monitor adherence to finance processes, ensuring compliance with Sun Pharma’s standards. Process & System Management • Lead adherence to established financial processes and provide recommendations for process improvements. • Support the team in aligning financial practices with company policies and industry standards. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/CIMA/ACCA certification preferred). min 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or related roles, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong skills in financial reporting, planning, and forecasting. Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with advanced Excel skills. Experience with managing multiple stakeholders. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Core Responsibilities

Track actual spending against business plans and support financial estimates, planning, expense analysis, and reporting. Maintain expense and sales tracking, calculate internal sales incentives, ensure compliance with financial processes, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; CPA, CIMA, or ACCA certification is preferred. The role requires 4–5 years of relevant experience, strong financial reporting, planning, and forecasting skills, advanced Excel proficiency, stakeholder management experience, and excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
