We are looking for Content Creators - Community & Growth (Volunteer Role) to join our Marketing team! Lean In Netherlands People who want to be part of something bigger - and help build a community where women and allies connect, grow, and support each other. This role requires a minimum commitment of ~3-4 hours per week. What you’ll do Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website Turn events, ideas, and stories into engaging posts and visuals Help grow and activate our community Keep our website fresh and relevant Experiment with AI tools to create smarter, more authentic content You bring A natural feel for content and storytelling Interest in (or curiosity about) AI in content creation Strong sense for both visuals and words Ownership mindset - you make things happen Why join This is not just “doing content.” It’s building something that has real impact. Core Responsibilities

Requirements
Applicants should have a natural feel for content and storytelling, a strong sense for both visuals and words, and an ownership mindset. Interest in or curiosity about using AI in content creation is also sought.
