Azure IoT Infrastructure Administrator The Azure IoT Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, monitoring, security, and continuous improvement of the SFW’s Azure-based IoT and data platform IZANA™ infrastructure. The role ensures reliable device connectivity, data ingration, processing, analytics, and visualization services while maintaining high standards for availability, performance, security, and governance. Your Main Responsibilities Will Be Administer and support Azure IoT, data, and analytics platforms, including IoT Hub, Event Hub, Data Lake Storage Gen2, Stream Analytics, Data Explorer, Databricks, Fabric, SQL Database, Azure Functions, and App Services. Experience of Fabric is a plus but not must. Ensure reliable device connectivity, data ingestion, processing, monitoring, security, and platform operations. Maintain monitoring and reporting solutions using Grafana and Power BI. Manage Entra ID, access controls, security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery. Troubleshoot incidents and collaborate with the IZANA™ development teams to continuously improve Azure-based solutions. You Will Bring With You Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and IoT services. Understanding of IoT architectures, telemetry flows, and cloud-native platforms. Experience supporting high-availability production environments. Automation, IaC (Bicep), and Azure certifications are considered an asset. Experience of operation in Industrial IoT, manufacturing, energy, or connected-product environments. CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and OT integration experience. Core Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, monitor, secure, and improve the Azure-based IoT and data platform, ensuring reliable device connectivity and data ingestion, processing, analytics, and visualization. Manage access controls, compliance, backup, disaster recovery, and incident troubleshooting while collaborating with development teams to improve platform operations.

Requirements

A degree in IT, engineering, computer science, or a related field and experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and IoT services are requested. Candidates should understand IoT architectures and telemetry flows and have experience supporting high-availability production environments; industrial IoT experience, DevOps, CI/CD, OT integration, Bicep, and Azure certifications are assets.
