At Accenture the Netherlands, we're seeking a Junior /Medior Azure Cloud Engineer who brings deep expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation to help us solve complex challenges and deliver exceptional results. What you'll do: As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying cloud application solutions that integrate both cloud and non-cloud infrastructure, on Azure. Your day-to-day activities will include deploying infrastructure and platform environments, creating proofs of architecture to test architecture viability, security, and performance. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert for the team and the client. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps is required. Advanced proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Design and Build is suggested. Day to day work: Develop and refine cloud deployment strategies to enhance system reliability and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud and on-premises systems. Analyze and troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues to maintain optimal performance. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights and proposing innovative solutions. Support the adoption of best practices in cloud security and compliance within the project environment. All the work will be done in a managed service team including standby shifts. Core Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy Azure cloud solutions that integrate cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including infrastructure and platform environments. Develop deployment strategies, create architecture proofs, troubleshoot complex issues, support security and compliance best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement in a managed service team with standby shifts.

Requirements

Requires 2–3 years of experience and at least an HBO-level education in business, technology, computer science, or infrastructure-related studies. Candidates should have Azure administration and DevOps expertise, cloud infrastructure and solution-building experience, Windows and Linux knowledge, Ansible skills, and strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities; Agile SAFe certification, ITIL knowledge, change-process experience, and VMware experience are bonuses.
