Tools that elevate. Builds that endure. Lead the evolution of Hilti's construction software landscape for Large Projects. In this strategic role, Define and drive the construction software landscape for design, engineering, modeling, common data environments and connected interfaces. You will drive the transformation from disconnected workflows to an integrated digital environment, enabling greater efficiency, improved collaboration, and measurable business impact across Engineering Services and Prefabrication. What You'll Do Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and project management teams to understand their workflows, user needs, and software requirements. Evaluate the current tool landscape and end-to-end process flows, identifying gaps and aligning improvement solutions with key stakeholders. Shape the overarching solution and tool landscape for Engineering Services and Prefab within Large Projects. Develop a software integration roadmap aligned with digital transformation, customer engagement, and business priorities. Lead the implementation and adoption of selected solutions across the organization and with customers. Enable the effective use of data throughout the process flow to enhance customer productivity, safety, and sustainability. Take ownership as Product Owner, managing and prioritizing the backlog, translating specifications into epics and user stories, and supporting the delivery team throughout implementation. Here's What You'll Need To Bring With You A Master's degree in systems or software engineering, construction management, computer science or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in integrating software in the construction industry; software development experience is an advantage. Strong understanding of construction workflows and project management; experience delivering digital transformation in a corporate environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure complex topics and translate them into executable roadmaps. Excellent English communication and presentation skills; ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders in international, virtual teams. Lead solution adoption and product ownership, including roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and effective use of data to improve productivity, safety, sustainability, and collaboration.

Requirements

A master's degree in systems or software engineering, construction management, computer science, or a related field is required, along with at least five years of experience integrating software in the construction industry. Candidates should understand construction workflows and project management, have experience with corporate digital transformation, and demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills; software development experience is an advantage.
