Bij Troostwijk Auctions draait alles om kwaliteit, tevreden klanten en mensen die met plezier hun werk doen. Als Teamlead Site Management stuur je een team van 15 Site Managers aan. Je zorgt dat het operationele deel van onze veilingen soepel verloopt, van voorbereiding tot uitvoering. Je werkgebied is Zuid-Nederland en je rapporteert aan de Manager Site Management.
Wat ga je doen?
Je coacht je team: je voert 1-op-1 gesprekken, helpt collega’s groeien en zorgt dat nieuwe teamleden goed van start gaan. Je legt afspraken vast, meet wat werkt en stuurt bij waar nodig.
Om onze dienstverlening te verbeteren, neem je deel aan projecten en help je om de veranderingen door te voeren. Je verbetert onze processen continu.
Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze veilingen: foto’s, omschrijvingen, kavelindeling en veilingdynamiek. Je deelt je inzichten met andere afdelingen.
Je zorgt dat iedereen op locatie veilig en prettig kan werken.
Bij nieuwe projecten, in Nederland en daarbuiten, ben je het aanspreekpunt voor Planning en Sales. Je denkt mee over het aantal mandagen en de marketing, en houdt je team op de hoogte.
Je maakt je resultaten zichtbaar met KPI’s zoals conversie, het aantal voorbereide veilingen en kavels, en de betrokkenheid en tevredenheid van je team. Aan de hand van deze inzichten, onderneem je stappen om de kwaliteit en efficiency te verbeteren.
Dit is wat je meeneemt
Je hebt hbo-werk- en denkniveau.
Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in operationeel management of Site Management.
Ervaring met het doorvoeren van veranderingen in processen of systemen is belangrijk.
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
Je haalt het beste uit mensen en durft knopen door te hakken.
Je bent hands-on, resultaatgericht en altijd op zoek naar verbetering.
Affiniteit met de veilingwereld. Je woont bij voorkeur in Zuid-Nederland.

Core Responsibilities
You will lead and coach a team of 15 Site Managers to ensure the smooth operational execution of auctions from preparation to completion. Additionally, you will drive process improvements, monitor quality standards, and act as the primary point of contact for planning and sales projects.
Requirements
The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in operational or site management and hold a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking. Strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality, and the ability to drive change within systems and processes are essential.
