Are you an analytically strong supply chain professional who can translate complex planning data into actionable business insights while working with stakeholders across cultures and regions? Join our Global IBP team and help steer global planning decisions for key confectionery categories. The position we are hiring for is located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As part of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team within the Global Supply Chain organization, you will:
- Manage global planning activities for the Hard Candy portfolio, including Lollipops and Power Mints.
- Consolidate planning and performance data from global sources and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
- Analyze demand trends and compare demand with manufacturing capacity across 22 factories worldwide.
- Support the monthly S&OP process with clear analyses, recommendations, and management presentations.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with regional planning teams and directors across multiple geographies and cultures.
- Identify risks and opportunities proactively and support decision-making within the global planning network.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Experience in supply chain planning, integrated business planning, demand planning, supply planning and/or S&OP environments.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate numbers into actionable business insights.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning processes within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across cultures and regions.
- A proactive, self-reliant, and action-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate successfully in virtual and international teams.

Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or S&OP environments along with strong analytical capabilities. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively in international teams.
