You will: Advise on organizational design, team structure, and resource optimization as the business evolves Partner with the COO/CFO to safeguard the overall people strategy, balancing structural integrity with flexibility Ensure ongoing compensation and benefits frameworks remain competitive and well-managed Requirements Interim Mindset: A proven track record in senior HR roles, ideally with experience stepping into interim positions to provide immediate stability and impact. Experience guiding teams through periods of structural or organizational change is a distinct advantage Operational & Analytical: You are a "doer" who thrives in the operational weeds, but you possess the strategic intellect to connect the dots and anticipate how small changes impact the bigger picture International Experience: Familiar with multi-country HR environments, specifically with payroll and labor laws in the Netherlands, and ideally in Canada (Toronto), and the UK Systems & Data: Experienced with HRIS platforms (preferably HiBob) Communication: A clear, direct communicator who builds trust quickly and works effectively with both senior leadership and operational teams Benefits What's in it for you?
