Job Description

Content Marketing Intern: Podcast & Social Amsterdam · Hybrid · Paid Are you a university student who genuinely enjoys making things, from videos and posts to articles, graphics and campaigns, and wants meaningful responsibility inside an early-stage startup? Oasy is looking for a content marketing intern to help turn podcast recordings, founder insights, company developments and industry research into content that people want to watch, read and share. About Oasy Oasy is an Amsterdam-based adtech startup building an advertising channel for AI search. As people increasingly use ChatGPT and other AI assistants instead of visiting websites directly, publishers are losing traffic and advertising revenue. At the same time, brands need new ways to appear when AI systems influence what people discover and buy. Oasy connects the two: helping brands reach AI agents through relevant publisher content while creating new revenue for publishers. We are pre-seed, working with publishers, advertisers and partners internationally, and moving from early pilots into commercial growth. The role The core of this role is producing and publishing content. You will turn podcast recordings, talks, founder ideas, company data and industry developments into sharp written and visual content across: LinkedIn TikTok Instagram Reels YouTube and YouTube Shorts The Oasy blog Newsletters Founder channels In addition to Oasy’s own channels, you will support Paying Attention, a podcast hosted by Choy about media, advertising, technology and AI. This is not a passive internship where you spend months observing or filling a content calendar. You will own real deliverables, publish work publicly and see how it performs with publishers, advertisers, founders and investors. You will work directly with Choy, Oasy’s commercial co-founder. A typical week In a typical week, your work could include: Taking one podcast episode from raw recording to publish-ready, including the full edit, quality check, title, description, chapters, thumbnail and upload Creating and publishing three to five strong short-form clips across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts Writing and publishing one blog post, adapting it for the newsletter or social channels where relevant Drafting and scheduling four to six social posts across Oasy and the founders’ channels Repurposing an existing talk, interview or piece of research into a new format, such as a carousel, clip series or visual post Maintaining the publishing calendar so every asset has a clear deadline, channel and status Reviewing basic content performance and recommending what we should repeat, improve or stop Occasionally turning company data, product updates or commercial insights into one-pagers, graphics or other supporting content You will not be expected to wait for instructions on every individual asset. We will agree the weekly priorities and desired outcomes, and you will be responsible for organising the work, communicating early about blockers and carrying it through to publication. For a three-day arrangement, we will adjust the volume while maintaining the same quality and communication standards. What we are looking for Must have Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, and able to undertake an internship in the Netherlands as part of your studies Some practical experience editing short-form video using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Descript, OpusClip or similar Strong written English and a good visual eye: copy that sounds human, and content that looks polished Strong attention to detail, from captions and names to links, safe zones and final exports Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to work faster without outsourcing your judgement Organised, proactive and accountable: you manage several assets at once and flag delays or blockers early Open to direct feedback and quick to apply it Interested in AI, media, publishing, marketing or advertising Based in or around Amsterdam, able to attend the office one fixed day a week, and able to commit to a fixed schedule for at least five months Nice to have Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or Figma Experience editing long-form podcasts or interviews Experience managing a company or founder social-media account You have built your own audience, newsletter, channel or side project, however small Experience producing B2B or technology content Experience working at an early-stage startup Basic understanding of content analytics and performance reporting Dutch language skills You do not need to match every nice-to-have. We care more about evidence that you enjoy making things, learn quickly, communicate reliably and take pride in the finished work. What you get Direct access to Oasy’s founders and a close view of how a pre-seed startup operates Real ownership from your first week over work that ships publicly A portfolio of podcast, video, written, social and brand work Clear weekly priorities, regular feedback and practical coaching Exposure to the fast-developing AI, publishing and advertising industries Opportunities to join relevant calls, podcast recordings and industry events Hybrid working within a fixed schedule agreed in advance A paid internship allowance Logistics Location: Amsterdam, hybrid Commitment: Three to four fixed days per week Office attendance: One regular day per week in Amsterdam Duration: At least five months Start date: As soon as possible Compensation: Monthly internship allowance Equipment: You will need to use your own laptop You must remain enrolled and be able to undertake an internship in the Netherlands for the full duration. How to apply Apply via LinkedIn with: A short note explaining why the role interests you Your current weekly availability alongside university or other commitments Your earliest possible starting date A link to at least one video you have edited A link to at least one piece of written, social or visual content you have created These can include posts, videos, newsletters, campaigns, side projects, social accounts or university work: anything that shows how you think and create. A short introductory video is not required, but it is one of the fastest ways to stand out. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a short interview and a small paid practical assignment before a final decision is made.

Core Responsibilities

Create and publish content across Oasy’s social channels, blog, newsletters, founder channels, and the Paying Attention podcast, including edited episodes, short-form clips, articles, and visual assets. Oasy is the advertising layer for a world where AI answers first. As more people turn to ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini to discover products and brands, traditional publisher revenue is collapsing. Publishers get a new monetisation stream. Advertisers get measurable presence inside AI-generated recommendations. Based in Amsterdam. Active across Europe, UK, and US.
