Your Role We are in the middle of a multi-year programme to replace and harmonise our global application landscape. Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is the backbone of that landscape, and it runs the processes that keep our business moving: how we buy, how we sell, how we value what we hold, and how we close the books across 20 countries. We are not looking for someone to keep a system running. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of D365 F&O for the long term: helping shape it during implementation, supporting it once it is live, and continuously finding what can be done better. The programme will finish. Your ownership of the application will not. F&O is one application, not a collection of separate ones, and the processes that matter most to us run straight across it — a costing question is a procurement question, an invoicing question is a sales order question. We are looking for someone who thinks in those end-to-end chains rather than in module boundaries. What you will do Your work has three lanes, and you will be in all three at once. 1. Implementation You represent Topigs Norsvin — not the implementation partner — in the design and delivery of D365 F&O. You challenge design choices, safeguard the global template against unnecessary local exceptions, and make sure the solution reflects how our business actually works. You are hands-on in configuration, training, testing, data migration, cutover and hypercare for each rollout wave. 2. Support and run Once a country or entity is live, you own the application. You are the functional escalation point, you manage releases and changes, you own roles and authorisations within your domain, you run root-cause analysis on recurring incidents rather than closing tickets, and you build and coach the key user network in the business. 3. Optimisation Go-live is the starting point, not the finish line. You look for where processes can be simplified, where standard functionality can replace a workaround, and where new capability from the Microsoft release waves is worth adopting. You turn those findings into a roadmap with the business and build the argument for the ones worth doing. Where you will focus You own D365 F&O across our international operations, and you will work in the process chains that run end to end through it: The accounting core — General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and bank; intercompany, budgeting, tax and statutory reporting, and the period-end close Procure-to-Pay — from the purchase order through vendor invoice matching to payment Order-to-Cash — from the sales order through invoicing and credit management, together with our commercial organisation Record-to-Report — the master data and data quality decisions upstream that determine whether the close is clean, through to reporting Cost and value — product costing, inventory valuation and the margin insight our business runs on The team you join IT4Business is a small, growing team that owns the business application landscape end to end: Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, HR, planning and our in-house genetics systems. We work alongside different IT departments such as our IT Office and Data & Integration colleagues as partners on shared work, and alongside an implementation partner during the programme — with the explicit intention of building the knowledge internally rather than renting it indefinitely. You will not be a ticket handler at a distance from the business. You will be part of the rollout programme, ensuring success on the initial scope, and through contact with your colleagues you will also help determine the next parts of the roadmap in our continuous improvement journey. What you bring Bachelor’s level of working and thinking; 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with real depth in at least one domain and working knowledge of the ones next to it; A preference, not a hard requirement: depth in the financial modules. If that is where you are strongest, you are closest to what we are looking for. If your depth sits elsewhere in F&O — procurement, costing, order management, inventory — and you have worked close to the financial consequences of what you built, we want to hear from you too. We would rather hire a strong F&O professional who grows into the areas they do not yet know than a narrow specialist who cannot see past their own modules; We are open about the route you took. A comparable application management role is the obvious one. But implementation experience from the partner or consultancy side at advanced medior level or above prepares you just as well — what matters is that you can carry a domain on your own once the project team has gone; Experience across full implementation or rollout cycles — you know what a fit-gap workshop, a UAT cycle and a cutover weekend demand; An understanding of how the operational and financial sides of F&O constrain each other, and the curiosity to learn the parts you do not know yet; The ability to translate between business processes and system design in both directions, and to say no to a requirement when standard functionality already solves it; Comfort in an international, multi-entity environment with different local realities; Excellent English; Dutch [or another additional language] is an advantage; Willingness to travel internationally. Our operations are spread across continents, and you cannot design or support the processes of operations you have never seen. Travel is a real and recurring part of this job. Core Responsibilities

Own Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across international operations, representing the business in implementation and rollout design, configuration, testing, migration, cutover, and post-launch support. Manage application changes and incidents, develop key-user capability, and identify and advance process improvements across finance, procurement, sales, costing, and reporting.

Requirements

Requires at least three years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience, experience across implementation or rollout cycles, and strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and their operational and financial impacts. Candidates should have bachelor-level working and thinking ability, excellent English, the ability to work across international entities, and willingness to travel; Dutch or another additional language is an advantage.
