Role Overview Seeking an experienced ITSM Implementation Lead to drive service delivery model implementation, governance, migration, and integration activities. Required Skills Strong ITSM process and framework knowledge. Experience leading ITSM implementation and service transitions. Governance framework and RACI management. Migration and system integration coordination. Project management, planning, tracking, and reporting. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Nice to Have Cloud-based ITSM solutions. Agile methodologies and change management. Service delivery analytics and performance monitoring. ITIL certification or equivalent. Key Responsibilities Lead ITSM service delivery model implementation and transition. Establish governance frameworks and define RACI matrices. Coordinate migration, system integration, and stakeholder activities. Manage project planning, timelines, risks, and delivery progress. Monitor KPIs and provide regular status and outcome reports. Ensure alignment with business objectives and service delivery standards.

Core Responsibilities

Lead implementation and transition of the ITSM service delivery model, establishing governance frameworks and RACI matrices. Coordinate migration, integrations, and stakeholders while managing project delivery, monitoring KPIs, and reporting progress and outcomes.

Requirements

Requires strong ITSM framework and process knowledge, experience leading implementations and service transitions, and skills in governance, migration, integration, and project management. Strong stakeholder communication is required; cloud-based ITSM, Agile, change management, service analytics, and ITIL certification are desirable.
