You'll be the one who starts them, opening doors and building the early pipeline that turns into long-term customer relationships. About Redgate Redgate brings together people who want to do their best work in an environment built on trust, accountability, and collaboration. We build solutions that help data professionals securely manage the data and databases that their organisations depend on, a space that's only becoming more critical as systems scale, data regulations increase, and AI adoption accelerates. Take ownership of prospecting across your allocated accounts, including full control of our 'Pool, Tier C' accounts, both in and out of the cadences provided. Hold high-level conversations with technical and business decision-makers to uncover business pains, objectives and impact, then agree clear next steps. Plan your approach to target accounts with Account Executives every week, mapping organisational structure, people and existing technology. Work closely with our Field Marketing and Marketing teams on customer needs, messaging and ABM leads, using tools like Salesloft, Salesforce, 6sense and Marketo. Meet daily activity goals and monthly targets for opportunities generated, with some travel to conferences and events when needed. A proactive, flexible team player with a solution-focused, common-sense approach, who is happy to help build new processes as you go.
