D365 Project Manager JD Role Overview Wipro is seeking a D365 Finance & Operations Project Manager for the Alfa Laval OneERP program. The role will lead end-to-end D365FO implementation and rollout delivery across global / multi-country environments. The candidate must have strong project management experience, proven D365FO delivery experience, and the ability to manage client stakeholders, internal teams, and senior leadership communication. Key Skills Hands-on D365 Finance & Operations implementation experience is required Multi-project / multi-country ERP implementation and rollout experience End-to-end project delivery ownership across D365FO implementation lifecycle Strong delivery governance across plan, schedule, budget, RAID, and steering forums Experience driving fit-gap, design, build, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases Senior stakeholder management and executive reporting Coordination across distributed / multi-location delivery teams Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end D365FO implementation and rollout projects, ensuring delivery is completed on time and within agreed budget. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, governance cadence, and risk mitigation actions. Collaborate with business leaders, client stakeholders, technical teams, functional teams, and end users to define project goals and requirements. Drive requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, build coordination, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Manage project governance using Agile, Waterfall, Sure Step, or hybrid delivery methods as appropriate. Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders, steering committees, and executive sponsors. Coordinate configuration, customization, integrations, and related delivery dependencies with functional and technical teams. Support UAT, training coordination, cutover readiness, post-go-live stabilization, and issue resolution. Lead and mentor project teams to follow delivery best practices, compliance expectations, and quality standards. Ensure delivery alignment with D365FO release updates, lifecycle management, security, and compliance needs where applicable. Required Experience / Qualifications Overall Experience 18+ Years. 10+ years of ERP implementation experience. 5+ years of D365 Finance & Operations implementation experience. Proven experience managing end-to-end D365FO implementations and global rollouts. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules, preferably across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Retail. Experience managing fit-gap workshops, solution design, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Experience with Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services, and Power Platform integrations is preferred. Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Sure Step. Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Core Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations implementations and global rollouts, managing plans, budgets, risks, governance, and delivery teams through design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Coordinate stakeholders and technical and functional teams, provide executive reporting, and ensure delivery quality, compliance, and post-launch stabilization.

Requirements

Requires 18+ years of overall experience, including 10+ years in ERP implementations and 5+ years delivering D365 Finance & Operations implementations. Candidates should have global rollout experience, knowledge of relevant D365FO modules and delivery methodologies, and strong stakeholder leadership; Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services, and Power Platform experience is preferred.
