BAPON Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Retail and Commercial Applications and hands-on experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Divestitures, Carve-outs, and IT Separation Programmes. The ideal candidate will support application discovery, business process mapping, dependency analysis, and transition planning for a large-scale transformation programme. Key Responsibilities Lead application discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders. Create and maintain application inventories, dependency maps, and integration assessments. Support M&A separation, carve-out, and Transition Service Agreement (TSA) exit planning. Conduct current-state and future-state application assessments. Support Day-1 readiness, application migration, and business continuity planning. Gather business requirements and document processes, risks, and dependencies. Collaborate with enterprise architects, application owners, and programme teams. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of Business Analysis experience. 3–5 years of hands-on M&A, divestiture, carve-out, or IT separation experience. Strong understanding of Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Commercial Applications. Experience in application discovery, inventory management, rationalisation, and dependency mapping. Knowledge of CRM, eCommerce, PIM, CDP, Marketing, or Sales platforms. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in complex, global enterprise environments. Preferred Technology Experience Exposure to one or more of the following: Salesforce / SAP Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) / Adobe CDP Salsify / Syndigo Microsoft Azure / Power BI API & Integration Platforms Data Lakes & Enterprise Data Platforms Ideal Candidate A Business Analyst who combines Retail domain expertise with practical M&A application separation experience, capable of working independently with business and technology stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates should have retail or commercial applications expertise, experience with application discovery and dependency mapping, and strong stakeholder skills in complex global environments.
