About The Role As a Junior Recruiter at Zonneplan, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. You will be responsible for posting job vacancies, reviewing CVs, conducting telephone screenings, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. Additionally, you will actively source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms while maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey—from initial contact to contract signing. You will manage all candidate data within our proprietary Applicant Tracking System (ATS), providing transparency and oversight for the entire recruitment team. In this role, you will work daily with data, AI technology, and labor market insights, gaining hands-on experience in modern recruitment practices. You will collaborate closely with a supportive team that values direct communication and continuous improvement. Your contributions will directly support the growth of teams that drive Zonneplan’s energy transition mission forward. Qualifications Minimum of one year of work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within an agency or in a commercial, people-oriented role. Strong communication skills with the ability to ask insightful questions and tailor messages to different audiences, including candidates and hiring managers. Proactive mindset with ownership of tasks; ability to identify opportunities and take initiative. Comfortable working with data and technology to optimize recruitment processes. Curious about the application of AI in recruitment and eager to learn new tools and methods. Proficiency in the Dutch language is required. Responsibilities Post job vacancies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including CV screening, candidate assessments, and interview coordination. Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and personal networks to find the best talent. Conduct intake interviews with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and advise on recruitment strategies based on data and market insights. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS to ensure team-wide visibility. Provide candidates with a positive experience by keeping them informed and supported throughout the recruitment and pre-onboarding stages. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth transitions from candidate to employee. Identify and propose improvements to recruitment tools, processes, and sourcing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Report on recruitment progress, KPIs, and labor market trends to support data-driven decision-making. Core Responsibilities

Manage recruitment from vacancy posting and candidate sourcing through screening, interviews, and pre-onboarding, while maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS. Partner with hiring managers and HR, provide a positive candidate experience, report on recruitment metrics and labor market trends, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

At least one year of recruitment, talent acquisition, agency, or other commercial people-oriented experience is required, along with strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-oriented approach. Candidates should be comfortable with data and technology, curious about AI in recruitment, and proficient in Dutch.
