Job description Design the product experience at Promptwatch and own complex design projects from first idea to shipped feature. Does this sound like you? As our Senior Designer, you’ll be hands-on across product UX, data visualization, brand, and marketing, turning complex AI Search data into experiences that are clear and useful. You’ll shape how brands like Duolingo, Yelp, and Fireflies understand their AI visibility every day. You’ll work directly with the founding team and closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing. About us Promptwatch is building the leading platform for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), helping brands understand, measure, and improve how they appear across AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and AI Overviews. Brands like Duolingo, Yelp, Typeform, Fireflies, and Shutterstock, along with agencies worldwide, rely on Promptwatch to turn AI Search into a measurable growth channel. Our data reports have been featured in Yahoo Finance, TheStreet, and Seeking Alpha. Design is a core differentiator for us, from the product experience to our public research and campaigns. With offices in Amsterdam and New York, we’re building the category leader in AI Search and expanding rapidly across Europe and the United States. Responsibilities Own design projects end to end, from discovery and user research to final, shipped UI Design complex data dashboards and analytics experiences that make AI Search data easy to understand and act on Solve complex user problems through flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Contribute to and maintain our design system, keeping the product consistent as it grows Create data visualizations and infographics for the product and our public research reports Support brand and marketing design, from campaigns to the website Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation Job requirements 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS Strong portfolio of shipped products, ideally data-heavy or analytics-focused Experience owning projects independently, from problem definition to launch Expertise in data visualization and information design Expert-level Figma skills Experience working with and contributing to design systems Strong sense of typography, layout, and color Comfortable working closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing in a fast-paced environment Nice to have Experience mentoring junior designers Motion design experience (After Effects, Lottie, Principle) Basic understanding of HTML/CSS Experience with B2B SaaS or tech branding Experience at an early-stage, fast-growing startup Benefits Competitive salary HQ at Leidseplein, in the heart of Amsterdam Team off-sites and company events Sports activities, including our own run club Growth opportunities as our Customer Success team grows If you love solving complex problems through great design and want to shape how brands understand AI Search, we’d love to hear from you.

Core Responsibilities

Own design projects from discovery and user research through shipped interfaces, including complex analytics dashboards and user flows. Maintain the design system, create data visualizations and marketing assets, and collaborate with engineering to deliver polished implementations.

Requirements

Requires at least five years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, a strong portfolio of shipped products, and the ability to independently lead projects from problem definition to launch. Candidates should have expert-level Figma skills and expertise in data visualization, information design, and design systems; mentoring, motion design, HTML/CSS, and startup experience are advantageous.
