Also lack of enough knowledge on Virtual Infrastructure and PowerShell. Deadline Date: Monday 2 November 2026 Requirement: System Administrator Location: The Hague, NL Full Time On-Site: Yes Time On-Site: 100% Total Scope of the request (hours): 400 Required Start Date: 7 December 2026 End Contract Date: 31 December 2026 Required Security Clearance: NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET Duties & Role: Maintain and operate all the environments part of the CRS Branch Provide service support to the CQO customers Act as subject matter expert for Microsoft OS and tools suite Troubleshoot Microsoft related issues and PowerShell based code Provide root cause analysis in case of system/service malfunction Implement and improve new services Requirements Skill, Knowledge & Experience: The candidate must have a currently active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET security clearance For technical engineering license degree (such as Electronics Engineering or Information Systems) a minimum of 3 years post-related experience needed as System Administrator For secondary educational qualification, a minimum of 5 years post-related experience as System Administrator Mandatory practical experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Windows Server, WSUS, MECM, Active Directory, ADFS, PowerShell Development and maintenance of PowerShell scripts and of automatic configuration management tools for Microsoft Windows system elements like Ansible, Puppet and/or Chef Highly skilled in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows systems (server and end-user terminals) Knowledge of VMware stack or Openstack Capable of handling and maintaining CI|CD processes Team player Fluent in English: speaking, writing and reading Desired: Experience working with UNIX based operating systems like RHEL or Oracle Experience with container technologies Working experience with public cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure and/or AWS Service support experience for IaaS and PaaS

Core Responsibilities

Maintain and operate the environments within the CRS Branch, support CQO customers, and serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft operating systems and tools. Troubleshoot Microsoft and PowerShell issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement and improve services.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance and have at least three years of relevant system administration experience with a technical engineering degree, or five years with a secondary educational qualification. Required experience includes Microsoft Windows and server administration, WSUS, MECM, Active Directory, ADFS, PowerShell scripting and configuration management, Windows troubleshooting, VMware or OpenStack, and CI/CD; fluent English is also required.
