As Exact continues to grow internationally through organic growth and acquisitions, we're looking for a Senior HR Operations & Integration Specialist to help shape the future of our HR Operations. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing international organization. You'll improve and scale HR processes, enhance systems and play a key role in integrating newly acquired businesses. This = the job you are looking for Working across multiple countries and with stakeholders from HR, Payroll, Legal and Finance, you'll help create a consistent and engaging employee experience while supporting business growth. And that is not all. In this job we can rely on you if you; Own and improve core HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Drive automation, standardization and process optimization initiatives. Lead HR Operations improvement projects and system enhancements. Support M&A integrations, including process alignment and data migration. Improve HR data quality and reporting capabilities. Advise managers, employees and HR colleagues on HR Operations topics. Ensure compliance, consistency and operational excellence across countries. You also bring: 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Services or a similar specialist role. Experience leading improvement initiatives and projects. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Experience working with various HR systems. The ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with HR M&A and integration activities is a plus. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Core Responsibilities

Own and improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle, leading automation, standardization, system enhancements, and operational improvement projects. Support acquisition integrations through process alignment and data migration, improve HR data and reporting, advise stakeholders, and promote compliance and consistency across countries.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least five years of experience in HR Operations, HR Services, or a similar specialist role, along with experience leading improvement initiatives and working with HR systems. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are required; experience with HR M&A and integration is a plus.
