Business Platforms form the core of the Data & Technology organization. They consist of product teams organized around business processes within KLM: Flight, Ground, Integral Planning & Control (IP&C), HR, and Safety Security & Crisis Management. This vacancy is within the Business Platform IP&C. IP&C is responsible for developing flexible flight planning that allows KLM to fly where and when there is demand while balancing occupancy and reliability, meeting network promises and reducing non-performance costs. As a culturally diverse platform with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, the organization strives for sustainable growth and success. The Project We are looking for an experienced professional to join the simulator team at IP&C. Supporting the Network Planning department, the team is developing a simulator to determine capacity needs and potential problem areas on the day of execution well in advance.
