Dit is jouw rol As Product Development Manager at Spring Europe, you turn commercial opportunities into new logistics products and services. Cross-border e-commerce is moving fast. Customer expectations are changing, delivery networks are evolving and new opportunities are emerging across Europe. You identify those opportunities and investigate what they could mean for Spring Europe and our customers. Your initial focus will be on Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and solutions such as Out of Home delivery and Cash on Delivery. You research markets and competitors, identify customer needs and translate promising opportunities into strong business cases. When there’s a go, you take the lead. You create the roadmap, bring the right expertise together and guide the proposition from concept to implementation. You work closely with colleagues from Product Management, Sales, Operations, IT, Finance and Marketing. With different countries and interests involved, you know how to create focus, get people on board and keep things moving. You spot the opportunity, build the case and bring it to market. You’re comfortable in an international environment and switch easily between strategy and execution. When things get complex, you create structure and keep focus on results. You also recognise yourself in the following: You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in product development, e-commerce, logistics, consulting or project management. You have experience developing new products or propositions from idea to implementation. You know how to build commercial business cases and translate market opportunities into concrete plans. You’re a strong project and stakeholder manager who can bring different teams and interests together. You have experience in an international environment and an affinity with Central and Eastern European markets. Core Responsibilities

Identify and assess international market opportunities, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, and develop them into commercial business cases for new logistics products and services. Lead approved propositions from concept through roadmap development and cross-functional coordination to implementation.

Requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree and at least five years of relevant experience in product development, e-commerce, logistics, consulting, or project management are required. Candidates should have experience taking products from idea to implementation, building commercial business cases, managing projects and stakeholders in international settings, and communicating excellently in English; a Central or Eastern European language is an advantage.
