At Movir, we are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who embraces AI as a powerful tool to deliver better software. You will build modern digital solutions for our customers, advisors, and employees while leveraging the latest AI-assisted development practices and tools. Working as part of a multidisciplinary DevOps team, you will be involved in the complete software lifecycle, from idea to production. What you are going to do As an AI-Enabled Full Stack Engineer, you will design, build, test, and maintain end-to-end software solutions. You will combine strong engineering skills with modern AI capabilities to improve productivity, accelerate delivery, and enhance software quality. You see AI as a productivity enabler that enhances software engineering rather than replacing it. We are looking for someone with: 3 to 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Full Stack Developer Experience developing applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, C#, or similar technologies Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or equivalent Knowledge of API development and integration patterns Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices Familiarity with cloud-native development and container-based platforms Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent collaboration and communication skills A bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent level of working and thinking Nice to Have Experience with one or more of the following is considered a plus: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or other AI development assistants Kubernetes and container-based platforms Azure, AWS, or other cloud environments Specification Driven Development Automated testing frameworks AI-assisted software engineering practices Who you will work with You will be part of a newly set up team that is involved in unlocking distribution channels at various Movir partners. In addition, the team has the responsibility to convert a significant amount of legacy code to our new high code standards. The team currently consists of 3 engineers, a product owner and a UX professional. The team is expected to be further expanded in the future. Any questions? Core Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and maintain end-to-end software solutions using full-stack technologies, APIs, cloud-native platforms, and automated testing. Use AI-assisted development to improve productivity and software quality, and take ownership of secure, reliable solutions from concept through production.

Requirements

Applicants should have 3–7 years of software engineering or full-stack development experience, familiarity with modern programming languages and front-end frameworks, and knowledge of APIs, Git, CI/CD, and cloud-native development. A bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent working and thinking level, is requested, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
