Dornan Engineering Group is a leading international engineering contractor delivering high-value projects across Europe, UK & Ireland. Based in Groningen, this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Critical Infrastructure Division as a OFE Project Manager, supporting the delivery of a Hyperscale Data Centre in the North of Holland. You will be responsible for responsible for the end-to-end planning, procurement coordination, delivery, and integration of Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) for a hyperscale data Centre construction project. The role sits at the intersection of construction, supply chain, and technical operations, ensuring that OFE is delivered, installed, and commissioned in alignment with aggressive hyperscale schedules. Your day will include : Experience as a MEP Engineer with global vendor machinery. Preparing method statements and risk assessments (with construction team) for production activities. Prepare reports and front-end studies including capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take-off and tender schedules. Prepare technical and contract documentation for issue and analysing returned tenders. Keeping up to date the delivery schedule to control deliveries. Seeking to clarify queries with the Design team through request for information (RFI) system. Monitor progress against the program and issue progress reports. Producing look ahead programs to assist production. Carrying out Quality Control through inspections and snagging. Carrying out document control, recording & transmitting information. All other reasonable tasks assigned to you from time to time from your manager. About you : Degree in Engineering or similar. 5+ years' experiencing working in within a Contractor or Consultancy. Experience of working in Data Centre or high-tech sectors preferable. Good communicator, excellent verbal, written and cloud communication skills. Core Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end planning, procurement coordination, delivery, installation, and integration of Owner Furnished Equipment for a hyperscale data centre project. Coordinate schedules, tenders, technical queries, progress reporting, quality inspections, and project documentation to support delivery against the construction programme.

Requirements

A degree in engineering or a similar field and at least five years of experience working for a contractor or consultancy are required. Data centre or high-tech sector experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in project and information management software.
