Role – Murex production support Technology – Murex Location – Utrecht/Amsterdam Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Murex Support Specialist with hands-on Murex support experience to support a multi-entity Murex environment. The role will focus on technical, functional, EOD, environment and production support, alongside BAU change requests, bug fixes and automation initiatives. The successful candidate should have strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities across Murex modules and be comfortable supporting business-critical systems in a fast-paced trading environment. Key Responsibilities Provide Murex technical, functional, EOD, environment and production support for a multi-entity Murex instance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues across multiple Murex modules in line with agreed support SLAs. Support End-of-Day (EOD) processing, investigate failures and assist with issue resolution. Work on BAU change requests, enhancements and bug fixes. Support multiple Murex environments and activities related to migration and production support. Work with multi-entity and GOM setups, including multiple EOD configurations and FO/MO/BO functions. Develop and support Murex interfaces, workflows, reports and related technical components. Contribute to automation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing manual activities. Collaborate effectively with technical, functional and business teams in a high-pressure trading environment. Required Skills Experience in Murex v3.1 in Support/Development/Implementation. Excellent understanding & hands on experience for of one or more of the core Murex concepts: MxML, Exchange Workflows and Pre-trade rules, Interface Development, Reports, EOD Processing, Market Data,Datamart, Flex API, and MLC etc. Conversant with trouble shooting in Murex for Technical issues, Support SLA's etc. Must have debugging skills in multiple Murex modules. Broad understanding and interest in the financial instruments and preferably Fixed Income, IRD,FX Knowledge of migration, BAU support and working in multiple murex environments. Working knowledge of multi entity setup, GOM Setup and understanding of how Multiple EOD can be setup,FO/MO/BO functions Experience in UNIX/KSH, XML/XSL/DTD, Oracle/SQL, Unix, Shell scripting, Perl, $U Tool Excellent Communication skills and ability to multitask in a high pressure trading environment Experience in Murex Support processes Personal Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile. Core Responsibilities

Provide technical, functional, environment, and production support for a multi-entity Murex instance, including troubleshooting across modules and supporting End-of-Day processing. Deliver BAU changes, enhancements, bug fixes, interfaces, workflows, reports, and automation while collaborating with technical, functional, and business teams.

Requirements

Candidates need hands-on Murex v3.1 support, development, or implementation experience, strong debugging skills, and knowledge of Murex modules and support processes. Experience with multi-entity and GOM setups, EOD configurations, financial instruments, migration, UNIX and scripting, XML, and Oracle SQL is required, along with strong communication and analytical skills.
