Functieomschrijving
Voor een opdrachtgever binnen de technische infrastructuursector zijn wij op zoek naar een Projectcoördinator. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van meerdere projecten tegelijk, van aanvraag tot financiële afsluiting. Je bewaakt de voortgang op kwaliteit, planning en budget, stemt af met diverse stakeholders en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking. Daarnaast draag je bij aan een toekomstbestendig energienet door projecten soepel en efficiënt te laten verlopen.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Coördineren van de uitvoering van projecten van voorbereiding tot administratieve afronding.
- Bewaken van de voortgang op kwaliteit, planning en budget.
- Ondersteunen van de projectleider gedurende de volledige projectcyclus.
- Afstemmen met interne en externe stakeholders, waaronder aannemers, gemeenten en andere betrokken partijen.
- Zorgdragen voor tijdige levering van materialen.
- Controleren van revisies, meerwerk en prestatieverklaringen.
- Signaleren van afwijkingen, knelpunten en risico’s en hier proactief op sturen.
- Initiëren en opvolgen van passende oplossingen bij afwijkingen van de planning.
- Bijdragen aan veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve uitvoering van werkzaamheden.
- Coördineren van de administratieve verwerking en financiële afsluiting van projecten.
Functie-eisen
- Afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische richting.
- Ervaring met projectcoördinatie en/of werkvoorbereiding binnen een technische omgeving.
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen structuur aan te brengen in complexe processen.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met stakeholdermanagement.
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is een vereiste.
- Proactieve, oplossingsgerichte en besluitvaardige werkhouding.
- In staat om meerdere projecten en prioriteiten tegelijkertijd te beheren.
- Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en procesverbetering.
- Affiniteit met technische infrastructuur- of energieprojecten is een pré.

Core Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing multiple projects from initial request to financial closure, ensuring quality, budget, and planning targets are met. They act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders while overseeing material delivery and administrative accuracy.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a completed HBO degree, preferably in a technical field, and possess experience in project coordination or work preparation. Proficiency in the Dutch language is mandatory, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex processes.
