Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP BTP HANA Cloud data models using calculation views, table functions, and SQL stored procedures.
- Support SAP HANA Cloud modeling activities and ensure high-quality, efficient data models.
- Execute XSA migration activities, including migration planning and implementation using the XSA Migration Toolkit.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of SAP HANA XS Advanced (XSA) features and capabilities.
- Support SAP HANA Cloud migration initiatives and contribute to migration planning and execution.
- Work with SAP BW on HANA and understand its integration with SAP HANA Cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain solutions using XSJS and XSOData.
- Apply knowledge of SDA, SDI, and SLT concepts to support data integration requirements.
- Use Jenkins and Bitbucket to support DevOps workflows and development activities.
- Participate in full-cycle SAP HANA implementation projects, including modeling, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with customers and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- 6–8 years of overall professional experience, as specified in the requirement.
- At least 5 years of strong SAP BTP HANA Cloud modeling experience.
- Mandatory experience with at least 2 years of XSA migration.
- Experience completing two full-cycle SAP HANA implementations as a HANA Modeler in a production environment.
- Strong expertise in calculation views, table functions, and SQL stored procedures.
- Good working knowledge of SAP BW on HANA.
- Deep understanding of SAP HANA XS Advanced features and capabilities.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with Jenkins and Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of XSJS, XSOData, SDA, SDI, and SLT concepts.
- SAP HANA Cloud migration experience is an added advantage.
- Design and optimize SAP HANA Cloud data models to meet business requirements.
- Execute XSA migration activities using the XSA Migration Toolkit.
- Troubleshoot complex modeling, migration, and SQL-related issues.
- Take ownership of deliverables and drive activities independently.
- Demonstrate initiative, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional technical teams.
