Our maintenance operative team members play a vital role in our club’s wellbeing. We take great pride with the environment in which we operate, and it is the Maintenance Operatives responsibility to ensure that all equipment is fully functioning, keeping the safety of members and colleagues at the forefront of everything that they do and giving our members an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.

About you:
As a Maintenance Operative, we are looking for someone:
Who has technical skills or discipline (i.e. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics) – Essential
Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)
A full driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region
Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.

Core Responsibilities
Maintain club equipment to ensure it is fully functioning and help preserve the club environment. Prioritize the safety of members and colleagues while supporting an excellent member experience.
Requirements
Candidates need technical skills or a trade discipline such as carpentry, plumbing, or single-phase electrical work. A Pool Plant Operators qualification (STA or similar), a full driving licence or efficient travel between clubs, and strong communication and active listening skills are also sought.
