Job Description

Shape the future of a critical global industry

Work with leading semiconductor companies on their most critical challenges — from scaling their supply chains to manage growth, increasing engineering productivity, to large-scale enterprise reinvention with AI.

At Accenture, you go beyond advising. You help clients reinvent their core value chain end-to-end, combining deep functional expertise with technology, data, AI and execution capabilities to deliver measurable impact at scale.

Based in the Eindhoven region — one of Europe’s most important semiconductor hubs — you will work at the heart of an industry that is reshaping the global economy.

What you’ll do

You will work with clients on questions such as:

  • How to secure timely supply of critical materials and components in a market of constrained capacity, concentrated supply bases and geopolitical risks?
  • How can AI, advanced analytics and modern procurement, planning, and MES platforms make sourcing, planning, and manufacturing decisions faster and better?
  • How to build supplier collaboration models that deliver resilience, cost, quality and innovation at the same time?
  • How to reinvent hardware and software engineering processes to become AI-native and improve productivity?

You will:

  • Analyze and redesign processes in the core value chain of our customers (e.g. NPI management, HW/SW engineering, supplier management and collaboration, capacity and demand alignment, materials planning, manufacturing operations, and field service management
  • Contribute to the selection and implementation of technology platforms, including data foundations, use cases for AI and agentic automation, and change management
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to drive alignment for decision making and execute programs and projects
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (strategy & consulting, technology, data & AI, operations) to bring the best of Accenture to clients
  • Build deep expertise in the semiconductor and high-tech ecosystem

Your role as a Consultant

  • Own problem-solving and analysis within a workstream
  • Develop insights from data and stakeholder input and turn them into clear, compelling recommendations
  • Support client interactions and contribute to discussions with leaders in the core value chain
  • Grow your expertise in both consulting, AI and technology-enabled transformations

Whether supporting digital transformation initiatives, optimizing operations, enhancing customer experiences, or helping clients to scale AI solutions, you’ll contribute to projects that matter for the industry and for Europe’s technological position.

Our teams leverage Accenture's global network, industry expertise, and strategic ecosystem partnerships to help clients reinvent their business and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.

What you'll need

We’re looking for people who combine transformational thinking with a drive to create real impact.

  • Master’s degree (engineering, supply chain, business, or a combination)
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting or industry, ideally in the semiconductor / high-tech industry and/or within engineering and operations functional discipline
  • Proven experience in having ownership of partial scope within a consulting project
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, comfortable working with large and imperfect datasets
  • Ability to structure complex problems and communicate clearly
  • Affinity with technology, AI, and digital transformation
  • Interest in the semiconductor / high-tech industry
