Our assembly operation in Wehl is growing. As we expand our product offering and continue raising the level of service we provide to customers, we are strengthening our team with new colleagues. As an Assembler, you will perform both subassembly and final assembly of our Assemble to Order (ATO) conveyor systems. You will follow established procedures, install pneumatic systems, and use hand tools and assembly equipment to ensure that every system is built safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Location: Wehl, the Netherlands
Working hours: Monday through Friday, 8.00 - 16.30.
What you’ll do
- Assemble standard conveyor systems according to established procedures, ensuring that each system meets the required specifications.
- Install pneumatic systems that support the reliable operation of our conveyor solutions.
- Complete subassembly and final assembly work for our ATO lines.
- Use hand tools and assembly and fabrication equipment safely and effectively to deliver high-quality work.
- Follow safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe workplace for yourself and your colleagues.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process to prevent errors and ensure consistent product quality.
- Keep your work area clean and organized, helping the team work safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with your team to meet production targets and deadlines.
What you bring
- Minimaal een mbo 2-diploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting.
- Minimaal twee jaar ervaring in assemblage.
- Je kunt werken met handgereedschap en 3D-tekeningen op een computer.
- Je kunt gedurende de werkdag staan en tot 23 kg tillen.
- Je bent praktisch ingesteld, flexibel en werkt graag samen.

Als Assembler werk je aan zowel de subassemblage als de eindassemblage van onze Assemble to Order (ATO) conveyor systemen. Je volgt vastgestelde procedures, legt pneumatische systemen aan en gebruikt handgereedschap en assemblageapparatuur om ervoor te zorgen dat elk systeem veilig, nauwkeurig en op tijd wordt gebouwd.

Werktijden: maandag tot en met vrijdag, van 08.00 tot 16.30 uur
Wat je gaat doen
- Standaard transportsystemen assembleren volgens vastgestelde procedures, zodat elk systeem aan de vereiste specificaties voldoet.
- Pneumatische systemen aanleggen die bijdragen aan een betrouwbare werking van onze transportoplossingen.
- Subassemblages en eindassemblages uitvoeren voor onze ATO-lijnen.
- Handgereedschap en assemblage- en fabricageapparatuur veilig en effectief gebruiken om kwalitatief goed werk af te leveren.
- Veiligheidsnormen en werkprocedures volgen om een veilige werkplek voor jezelf en je collega’s te waarborgen.
- De kwaliteitsstandaarden gedurende het assemblageproces bewaken om fouten te voorkomen en een consistente productkwaliteit te garanderen.
- Je werkplek schoon en georganiseerd houden, zodat het team veilig en efficiënt kan werken.
- Nauw samenwerken met je team om productiedoelstellingen en deadlines te behalen.
Wat je meebrengt

Core Responsibilities
Perform subassembly and final assembly of conveyor systems while installing pneumatic components according to established procedures. Maintain safety and quality standards while working collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements
Requires a minimum of a vocational diploma (MBO 2) in a technical field and at least two years of assembly experience. Candidates must be able to use hand tools, read 3D drawings, and perform physical tasks such as standing and lifting up to 23 kg.
