IS-Wireless at a glance
Dutch-Polish deep-tech company building private 5G and 6G networks for defense, public safety and critical infrastructure, with teams in Poland and at High Tech Campus Eindhoven.
Selected for NATO DIANA’s 2025 cohort from more than 2,600 applicants, and one of 15 companies moved to Phase 2 with its patented LiquidRAN™ technology, which keeps networks running when parts of the infrastructure are damaged.
Holder of 10+ patents and the EIC Seal of Excellence, partner in the Dutch 6G programme Future Network Services.
Why this role
Defense and critical infrastructure buyers in Europe want secure network technology built in Europe. IS-Wireless already runs 5G networks in mission-critical environments and is now opening Benelux and Western Europe.
You get end-to-end commercial ownership: open the market, win the first contracts and grow them into multi-million-euro deployments with defense, government agencies and industrial operators.
Your mission
Open the Benelux market and expand into strategic accounts across Western Europe.
Originate and close multi-year contracts for private 5G and 6G network infrastructure in defense and critical infrastructure.
Run complex procurement cycles (RFI/RFQ/RFP, public tenders, defense frameworks) together with the Solution Architecture and Product teams.
Build partnerships with prime defense contractors, system integrators and telecom companies.
Represent IS-Wireless at defense and telecom events and with C-level, military and government stakeholders.
What we need
Must-have:
6+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales in telecom infrastructure, private networks, mission-critical communications or deep-tech.
Closed complex, long-cycle technical deals (€500k–€5M+) with several technical and commercial stakeholders.
Experience with public procurement, government tenders or defense procurement (MoD, NATO, public safety or prime system integrators).
Solid understanding of cellular networks (4G/5G, RAN, private networks, cloud-native infrastructure or tactical comms).
Fluent English and a strong business presence in Benelux. Dutch or French is a strong asset.
Nice-to-have:
A network in Benelux defense, port authorities, smart industry or critical infrastructure operators.
Background in deep-tech vendors, scale-ups or telecom companies challenging legacy OEMs.
Experience with RAN, containerized network functions (Kubernetes) or ruggedized tactical deployments.
What we offer
Base salary and uncapped commission on multi-year revenue.
Stock options (ESOP) tied to the company’s growth.
Freedom to shape the go-to-market strategy for your territory.
Direct work with the executive team and the engineers who build the network.
Remote from the Netherlands or Belgium, customer travel across Western Europe, occasional visits to the headquarters in Poland.
Local payroll via Employer of Record (EOR).
How we work
Loyalty & team spirit — we have each other's backs, always.
Sincerity & openness — we say what we think, even when it's uncomfortable.
Courage & ambition — we take positions, defend them, and aim high.
"How can I help?" attitude — we help because we want to, not because we have to.
Out of the comfort zone — we build things that haven't been built before. That's the point.
Zero-latency — we act. No waiting, no procrastinating, no excuses.
Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for opening the Benelux market and expanding into strategic accounts across Western Europe for private 5G and 6G network infrastructure. This involves managing complex procurement cycles and building partnerships with defense contractors, government agencies, and industrial operators.
Requirements
The role requires 6+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in telecom or deep-tech sectors with a track record of closing complex, long-cycle technical deals. Candidates must possess a solid understanding of cellular networks and have experience navigating public or defense procurement processes.
