Job Description Solution Architects assess a project’s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. They are responsible for the design and implementation of the overall technical and solution architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, the solution principles guiding the organisation, the software design and the implementation. The scope of the Solution Architect’s role is defined by the business issue at hand. To fulfil the role, a Solution Architect utilises business and technology expertise and experience. Job Description - Grade Specific Associate Architect Assist in and support the delivery of solutions for a project or a significant part of a project. Gain experience, knowledge and practice the techniques to manage requirements, integrate part project solutions, understand the structures and management techniques and technical governance. Assist the lead architect andoror team to deliver the desired results or outcomes of the project, including leading the teams across multiple projects. Certification: preferably Capgemini Architects certification level 0 or 1, relevant security certifications, IAF andoror industry certifications such as TOGAF 9 or equivalent.

Core Responsibilities

Assess project technical feasibility and implementation risks, and design and implement the overall technical and solution architecture. Define system structures, interfaces, solution principles, software design, and implementation, while supporting project delivery and coordinating teams as needed.

Requirements

The role calls for business and technology expertise, along with experience supporting solution delivery, managing requirements, integrating project solutions, and understanding technical governance. Capgemini Architects certification at level 0 or 1 is preferred, as are relevant security certifications, IAF, and industry certifications such as TOGAF 9 or equivalent.
