Working hours: 32-40 hours Location: Utrecht, client sites and from home Experience level: Senior What you’ll be working on as Senior Manager AI Outcome Deployed Strategist As Senior Manager AI Outcome Deployed Strategist, you work at the intersection of business, strategy and technology to turn AI opportunities into solutions that create value in day-to-day operations. You take responsibility for concrete business outcomes, from defining success and building solutions to implementation and adoption. You combine domain expertise with hands-on AI capabilities and strong delivery judgement. This means developing AI solutions that can move toward production while considering the client's data, security, regulatory requirements and existing IT environment. In this role you will be working on: Defining measurable business outcomes and taking ownership from AI solution development through implementation and organizational adoption. Designing, prototyping and further developing AI solutions using technologies such as LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agents. Translating business and domain challenges into practical AI solutions and engaging senior stakeholders through workshops and client dialogue. Developing production-ready solutions while considering AI governance, data, security, regulations, guardrails and existing IT environments. Collaborating with technology partners and using platforms such as OpenAI, Google, AWS, Databricks and Snowflake to connect client needs with suitable solutions. Your profile You have: At least 4 years of experience in consulting, data, AI or cloud engineering, combined with expertise in at least one sector or business function such as supply chain, finance or risk. Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders and the ability to translate technology and complex challenges into business impact. Hands-on experience developing AI solutions using Python and modern development practices, including LLM applications, RAG, agents, evaluation and guardrails. Experience developing production-ready solutions and an understanding of model and agent architectures and platforms such as OpenAI, Google, AWS, Databricks or Snowflake. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive and entrepreneurial approach and a good command of English; Dutch is preferred. Core Responsibilities

Define measurable business outcomes and lead AI solutions from design and prototyping through production implementation and organizational adoption. Translate business challenges into practical AI solutions, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure solutions address governance, data, security, regulatory, and existing IT requirements.

Requirements

Requires at least four years of experience in consulting, data, AI, or cloud engineering, along with expertise in a sector or business function. Candidates should have hands-on Python and modern AI development experience, including LLMs, RAG, agents, evaluation, guardrails, and production-ready solutions, as well as stakeholder facilitation skills and strong English; Dutch is preferred.
