Nefab groeit, en dat doen we met gedreven professionals. Voor onze vestigingen in Son en Nijkerk zoekt Nefab daarom een compliance officer voor 40 uur per week. Je werkt binnen onze Quality, Health, Safety, Environment & Compliance-organisatie en werkt samen met collega's in heel Nederland. De functie Als compliance officer zorg je dat Nefab Nederland werkt volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving, industrienormen en interne richtlijnen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Quality, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, HR en andere afdelingen, en je bent de verbindende schakel tussen interne stakeholders, klanten en auditors. Je bewaakt de auditplanning, ondersteunt het management bij compliance-initiatieven en blijft op de hoogte van relevante ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving, normen en best practices. Je rapporteert aan de QHSE manager. Je plant, coördineert en voert interne compliance-audits uit bij verschillende afdelingen. Je ondersteunt en faciliteert externe audits door klanten, certificerende instanties en toezichthouders. Je schrijft heldere auditrapporten, legt bevindingen vast en bewaakt dat corrigerende maatregelen op tijd worden afgerond. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klantvragen over compliance, audits en documentatie, en zorgt samen met andere afdelingen voor juiste en tijdige informatie. Je signaleert risico's en verbeterkansen, onderhoudt handboeken en procedures, en draagt bij aan trainingen die het compliancebewustzijn versterken. Jouw profiel Je combineert een gestructureerde, nauwkeurige aanpak met een pragmatische manier van samenwerken. Je bent proactief, denkt in verbeteringen en werkt zelfstandig, terwijl je actief samenwerkt met andere afdelingen. Je houdt overzicht over meerdere deadlines en vervolgacties tegelijk. Ervaring met audit- of compliancesoftware is een pré. Je hebt een hbo-opleiding of vergelijkbaar niveau in Rechten, Bedrijfskunde, Kwaliteitsmanagement of een verwante richting. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in compliance, auditcoördinatie, kwaliteitsborging of een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in een productie-, verpakkings- of industriële omgeving. Je hebt een goed begrip van auditprocessen, wet- en regelgeving en compliancenormen. Je communiceert uitstekend in woord en geschrift en treedt professioneel op richting klanten, auditors en collega's. Je beheerst het Engels op professioneel niveau en werkt vlot met Microsoft Office; Nederlands is een sterke pré. Ons aanbod Nefab groeit en investeert in mensen. Compliance Officer Would you like to make sure Nefab Netherlands is always audit-ready, and that customers can fully rely on our compliance? Nefab is growing, and we achieve that with driven professionals. That is why Nefab is looking for a compliance officer for our sites in Son and Nijkerk, for 40 hours per week. You work within our Quality, Health, Safety, Environment & Compliance organisation and collaborate with colleagues across the Netherlands. The role As compliance officer, you make sure Nefab Netherlands operates in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards and internal policies. You work closely with colleagues from Quality, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, HR and other functions, and you connect internal stakeholders, customers and auditors. You maintain the audit schedule, support management with compliance initiatives and stay informed about relevant regulatory developments, standards and best practices. You report to the QHSE manager. You plan, coordinate and carry out internal compliance audits across different departments. You support and facilitate external audits by customers, certification bodies and regulatory authorities. You prepare clear audit reports, document findings and monitor corrective actions through timely closure. You are the primary point of contact for customer questions about compliance, audits and documentation, and work with other departments to provide accurate and timely information. You identify risks and improvement opportunities, maintain manuals and procedures, and contribute to training that strengthens a culture of compliance. Your profile You combine a structured, detail-oriented approach with a pragmatic way of working together. You are proactive and improvement-oriented, and you work independently while actively collaborating across functions. You keep track of multiple deadlines and follow-up actions at the same time. Experience with audit management or compliance software is an advantage. You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent level in Law, Business Administration, Quality Management or a related field. You have proven experience in compliance, audit coordination, quality assurance or a comparable role, preferably in a manufacturing, packaging or industrial environment. You have a strong understanding of audit processes, regulatory requirements and compliance standards. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and interact professionally with customers, auditors and colleagues. You have professional working proficiency in English and are comfortable with Microsoft Office; Dutch is highly desirable. Our offer Nefab is growing and invests in people. Core Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal compliance audits, while supporting external audits and maintaining audit schedules, reports, and corrective-action follow-up. Serve as the primary contact for customer compliance questions, maintain procedures, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and support compliance initiatives and training.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Law, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field is required, along with proven experience in compliance, audit coordination, quality assurance, or a comparable role. Candidates should understand audit processes, regulations, and compliance standards; communicate professionally in English; be proficient with Microsoft Office; and ideally have Dutch language skills and experience in manufacturing, packaging, or industry.
