For one of our clients, a hospitality company, we’re looking for an interim People Partner. 📍 Amsterdam, hybrid 📅 Start: ASAP ⏰ 32 hours per week 🤑 €80 to €90 per hour 📝 Duration: minimum 4 months We're looking for a People Partner who is comfortable in a dynamic environment and can handle change. You’ll be a sparring partner for their Support Hub (around 250 people) across Marketing & Performance, Finance, Digital/IT and People, and help roll out HR initiatives. 💼 What you’ll be doing ✨ Strategically advising and challenging senior leaders: building trust while not being afraid to push back ✨ Supporting the rollout of topics such as pay transparency, the salary cycle and performance initiatives ✨ Spotting trends in what leaders are asking and translating that into improvements ✨ Taking on (complex) cases and grievances where needed ✨ Helping to set up a works council 🧠 Who we’re looking for ✅ At least 2 years of experience as a People Partner ✅ Strong stakeholder management: comfortable advising and challenging senior stakeholders ✅ Experienced in managing people through change ✅ Generalist at heart, ready to step in when needed

Core Responsibilities

Advise and challenge senior leaders across the Support Hub, and support the rollout of HR initiatives including pay transparency, salary cycles, and performance initiatives. Identify recurring leadership needs and translate them into improvements, handle complex employee cases and grievances, and help establish a works council.

Requirements

At least two years of experience as a People Partner is required, along with strong stakeholder management skills and confidence advising and challenging senior stakeholders. Candidates should have experience supporting people through change, a generalist approach, and willingness to step in where needed.
