Cyber Security Specialist - GRC About Role Serve as a seasoned cybersecurity specialist focused on governance risk and compliance while designing and improving enterprise GRC strategies and implementation approaches that align with regulatory expectations and business objectives. Experience to optimize GRC integration across hybrid work environments and support branch banking domain processes through structured risk management practices and continuous control enhancement. How You Will Make An Impact Analyse security events incidents and threats. Monitor and challenge the implementation of controls remediation plans and risk acceptances. Perform independent cybersecurity risk assessments and control-effectiveness reviews and provide clear actionable advice to CISO NL and Tech NL IT leadership. Stay up to date with emerging threats attacks regulatory developments and industry best practices. Translate policies and standards into implementable risk journeys and guardrails patterns configuration baselines control tests that IT domains can adopt. Strong skills in Security Detection & Response Vulnerability Management Network Security and secure AI. Solid expertise in Identity and Access Management and IT resilience. Solid understanding of relevant regulations e.g. DORA EBA. Knowledge & Experience Strong skills in Security Detection & Response Vulnerability Management Network Security and secure AI. Requirements What You Must Have 6-8 years of experience Solid expertise in Identity and Access Management and IT resilience. Solid understanding of relevant regulations e.g. DORA EB. Experience with AIML applications in security and risk domains. Certifications such as CISSP CISM CRISC or CISA are preferred. Good judgment and decision-making. Stakeholder management skills. People management and coaching skills. Strong critical thinking skills. Strong communication skills. Project management and reporting skills. Core Responsibilities

Assess security risks and control effectiveness, monitor remediation and risk acceptance, advise technology leadership, and translate policies and standards into practical controls and guardrails.

Requirements

Requires 6–8 years of experience, expertise in identity and access management and IT resilience, and understanding of regulations such as DORA and EBA requirements. Candidates should have experience applying AI/ML in security and risk, strong judgment and communication, stakeholder and people management skills, and project management capabilities; CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA certifications are preferred.
