ABOUT ACHATÉ Achaté is a fast-growing Dutch direct-to-consumer brand that gives people their time back. We design powerful, affordable cleaning machines (steam cleaners, stain cleaners, cordless and robot vacuums). We sell in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria, and in retail. Our next step is to scale across DACH, and creators and partners are central to that. THE ROLE You own our affiliate and influencer channels end to end in the Netherlands and DACH: strategy, growth, budget, results and team. You report to our Head of Growth and work closely with the founder. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Build the strategy: a 12-month roadmap for affiliates, creators and ambassadors in NL and DACH, with targets for revenue, margin and new customers • Lead the team: manage affiliate managers and influencer managers, set their KPIs, coach them and hire as we grow • Scale partnerships: recruit and activate top creators, content publishers and affiliate networks, and negotiate commission models that reward the best partners • Drive performance: own the budget, track cost per sale and ROAS, optimise commission tiers and make sure tracking and reporting are airtight • Turn creator content into growth: work with our paid social and creative team to use the best creator content in ads • Win the key moments: plan partner activations and early-access campaigns around our peak periods. • Keep it clean: contracts, usage rights, clear ad disclosure and compliant claims WHO YOU ARE • 5+ years in affiliate and/or influencer marketing in e-commerce or DTC, with a proven record of scaling a programme • Experience leading a team and developing people • Fluent in Dutch and English (or German), with experience in the DACH market • A strong network of creators, agencies and affiliate networks • Commercial and analytical: you think in CAC, ROAS and margin, and you negotiate well • Hands-on, ownership-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up NICE TO HAVE Experience with home, appliance or FMCG brands, TikTok Shop and subscription models. Core Responsibilities

Own and grow affiliate and influencer channels across the Netherlands and DACH, including strategy, budgets, performance targets, and team leadership. Recruit and activate partners, optimize commissions and campaign performance, repurpose creator content for paid social, and ensure contracts, usage rights, disclosures, and claims are compliant.

Requirements

Candidates need at least five years of affiliate and/or influencer marketing experience in e-commerce or DTC, a proven record of scaling a program, and experience leading a team. They should be fluent in Dutch and English or German, have experience in the DACH market and a strong partner network, and be commercially minded, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up.
