With extensive experience in the material handling industry, CSi palletising, based in Raamsdonksveer, is looking for a technically minded Project Purchaser to join our Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement of materials, components, and services required for project execution. Key Responsibilities Procure materials, components, and services required for project execution Place and follow up on purchase orders with CSi Romania and external suppliers Ensure that prices, delivery times, and terms and conditions are accurately stated on purchase orders. Monitor delivery schedules and take appropriate action in case of deviations. Process and follow up on order confirmations. Maintain and monitor transport status updates for ongoing projects. Verify accompanying documentation such as CMRs, packing lists, and invoices for shipments to and from CSi Romania. Ensure accurate administrative processing of procurement and logistics transactions. Process and follow up on feedback lists from ongoing projects. Maintain various Excel reports and trackers related to procurement, logistics, and financial processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve inefficiencies. Initiate and implement process improvements focused on quality, cost control, and operational efficiency. What we're looking for: MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking (vocational college/bachelor's degree level) Educational background in Mechanical Engineering (MTS/HTS), Supply Chain Management, or Operational Purchasing Experience within a technical project-based organization Experience with international procurement and logistics processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Fluent in Dutch and English Key competencies: Proactive and solution oriented Cost-conscious with a strong attention to detail Strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Team-oriented with a focus on both internal and external stakeholders CSi palletising is a global supplier of end-of-line automation and palletising systems. Core Responsibilities

Procure materials, components, and services for projects, managing purchase orders, suppliers, delivery schedules, confirmations, transport updates, and shipment documentation. Maintain procurement and logistics records and reports, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and implement improvements to quality, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Requires MBO+/HBO-level working and thinking, with an educational background in mechanical engineering, supply chain management, or operational purchasing. Candidates should have experience in a technical project-based organization and international procurement and logistics, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and fluency in Dutch and English.
