As a business consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles by coaching new hires and juniors. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve. Equipped with the entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to collaborate with us in a fast growing company. Qualifications You have a Master's degree. You have 3-6 years relevant working experience Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions. You're a fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer. Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required. If you also speak German fluently, that’s a great plus! Passionate about Energy! What do we offer? Core Responsibilities

Deliver transformation project assignments, including structuring and analyzing data, conducting benchmarks and interviews, facilitating workshops, mapping processes, and preparing functional specifications. Support teams by coaching junior colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing and development across industry business units.

Requirements

A master's degree and 3–6 years of relevant work experience are required, along with strong analytical, communication, flexibility, and entrepreneurial capabilities. Candidates need excellent written and spoken English and Dutch, an interest in data and AI, and a passion for energy; fluent German is an advantage.
