Contribute to course content development and delivery in collaboration with responsible teacher(s). Train teaching assistants and students in the safe and effective use of selected cleanroom equipment. Organize and help coordinate educational activities for Bachelor and Master courses in the cleanroom facilities, acting as a liaison with NanoLab. Manage the educational cleanroom in Flux CBL Labs (0.3-0.4 fte): Oversee the day-to-day operation of the facility. Maintain, troubleshoot, and coordinate maintenance of cleanroom equipment. Manage consumables and waste handling. Support the development and implementation of safety documentation, including risk assessments, work instructions, and emergency procedures. Schedule educational activities, student projects, and facility usage. Organize and deliver user training in cleanroom safety, procedures, and equipment operation. Contribute to the further development of the facility, including new processes, equipment, and educational activities. Job Requirements We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements: Holds a MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Nanotechnology, Microelectronics, or a closely related field. Has proven experience working with cleanroom or semiconductor/microfabrication techniques (e.g. lithography, deposition, etching, inspection), preferably in an academic or high-tech setting. Has preferably some experience working in the Nanolab at TU/e. Has an affinity with education and an interest in supporting students and teachers in a learning-oriented environment. Has proven didactic qualities and the ability to pass on knowledge and skills to students; Is willing to work on developing practical educational activities within a team.
