IT Support Engineer | 12-Month Contract | Oldenzaal Netherlands 📅 12-Month Contract - chance to extend 🕘 Mon–Fri, 09:00 – 17:00 Our client needs a hands-on 1st/2nd line engineer to keep their office running smoothly across Windows, Mac, cloud, and network. What you'll be doing: Providing 1st and 2nd line support across Windows and Mac, in person and remotely Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues Managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including Azure AD / Entra ID Administering Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) Supporting network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, and firewalls Deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting AI agent tools and workflows Managing the ticket queue, prioritising and escalating as needed Handling onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning and account setup Keeping clear documentation of processes, configurations, and fixes Working with third-party vendors and 3rd line support You'll bring: 1st/2nd line experience in a mixed Windows/Mac environment Azure / Entra ID and Office 365 admin skills Solid networking know-how (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls) Experience supporting AI tools like Copilot Sound like you? Core Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-line support for Windows and Mac users, troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and administer Azure, Entra ID, and Office 365 services. Support network infrastructure and AI tools, manage tickets and user onboarding/offboarding, document fixes, and coordinate with vendors and third-line support.
Requirements
The role requires first- and second-line support experience in a mixed Windows and Mac environment, along with Azure or Entra ID and Office 365 administration skills. Candidates should also have solid networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls, and experience supporting AI tools such as Copilot.
