ABOUT THE JOB As an Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you work directly at the client and build AI solutions with Agentforce and Claude that run in production. You combine hands-on technical work with consulting skills: you understand the business problem, and you build the solution yourself. You work in a small pod with a Product Owner, a business expert, a developer and a designer. You move fast, from first use case to working agent, with an experienced architect in the background when needed. You work with Agentforce, Data 360 and Claude. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Work on site with client teams to find the use cases where agents add the most value. Design, build and test agents with Agentforce: Subagents, Actions, Prompts, Agent Script, Flows and Apex. Prepare the data foundation in Data 360, so agents work with the right and complete data. Connect agents to other systems through APIs, MuleSoft and MCP. Combine Agentforce and Claude where that gives the best result. Take agents to production, and monitor quality, drift and token costs after go-live. Explain results and trade-offs to client management in plain language. Share what you learn and help build our FDE and Agentforce practice. WORK AI-NATIVE, EVERY DAY Use Claude Code to build, test and review Apex, Flows, Agent Script and integrations faster. Build Claude skills and MCP connections that make delivery repeatable for the whole team. Test agents systematically, and check every output with your own expertise before it goes live. Help shape how our company uses AI: share prompts, skills and reusable agent patterns with colleagues. ABOUT YOU 4–7 years of experience with Salesforce, with hands-on development or technical configuration. Experience building and taking Agentforce agents to production. Good knowledge of Data 360 (Data Cloud), Flows and Apex. Integration experience is a plus. Knowledge of Headless 360: using Salesforce MCP tools, APIs and the CLI to let coding agents and business agents work on the platform, and exposing Salesforce actions to agents in Slack or Claude. Salesforce platform experience or certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, Agentforce Specialist, Data 360 Consultant). Salesforce FDE Ready or Anthropic certifications (such as Claude Certified Architect) are a strong plus. You are comfortable in front of client management and turn business questions into working solutions. You like working fast, with short feedback loops and real results. Fluent in English. Dutch is a strong plus. Based in the Netherlands A valid work permit for full-time employment in the Netherlands. We do not sponsor visas. Core Responsibilities

Work directly with client teams to identify valuable agent use cases, then design, build, test, and deploy production AI solutions using Agentforce, Data 360, and Claude. Monitor agent quality, drift, and token costs after launch, explain results and trade-offs to client management, and share reusable practices with the FDE and Agentforce teams.

Requirements

Candidates should have 4–7 years of Salesforce experience, hands-on development or technical configuration experience, and experience taking Agentforce agents to production, with knowledge of Data 360, Flows, and Apex. They should be comfortable translating business needs into working solutions for clients, fluent in English, based in the Netherlands, and hold a valid Dutch work permit; Dutch, integration experience, and relevant Salesforce or Anthropic certifications are advantages.
