Tender Engineer (DRWN) Job title - Tender Engineer Client Location - Moerdijk, Netherlands Remote work offering - 0% (on-site, to be confirmed) Client Industry - Utilities and pipeline construction Contract Length - Initial contract, length to be confirmed, with the intention to move to permanent Contract type - Temp to perm Project focus Join the Benelux tendering team of a major contractor in utilities and pipeline construction. You will take pre-qualifications and tenders from first receipt through to submission, shaping the technical and commercial approach, building cost estimates and schedules, and supporting the handover to delivery once work is won. ASAP start. Key skills and Experience required Engineering degree or comparable technical background Proven experience in tendering, estimating, bid management or project preparation within a technical or construction environment Running pre-qualification and tender processes end to end, including analysis of client requirements, contract documents and technical scope Preparing cost estimates, schedules, risk assessments and tender documentation Writing execution plans and EMVI submissions, and developing alternative methods and value engineering options Coordinating input from finance, legal, insurance and QSHE, and supporting the client through clarification and award Managing relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and partners Strong analytical and commercial skills, comfortable working to tight tender deadlines MS Office; Primavera and/or CAD a plus Fluent Dutch (essential) and English; French is a bonus If this role is of interest, please apply with an updated CV. Core Responsibilities

Manage pre-qualification and tender processes from initial receipt through submission, developing technical and commercial approaches, cost estimates, schedules, and tender documentation. Coordinate internal and external contributors, support client clarifications and award, and help hand over successful tenders to the delivery team.

Requirements

Requires an engineering degree or comparable technical background, with proven tendering, estimating, bid management, or project preparation experience in a technical or construction environment. Candidates must be fluent in Dutch and English and have strong analytical and commercial skills; French is a bonus, while experience with Primavera or CAD is advantageous.
